Outsourcing of Departments

We carry out the entire process of hiring professionals according to the activity they will perform, such as: medical examination, PPE, uniforms, benefits and all the bureaucratic aspects:

  • Control of medical examinations upon admission, periodic, return to work, change of function, dismissal;

  • Payroll calculation, timekeeping control, 13th salary, vacations, GPS and FGTS social charges, calculation of terminations and approvals, issuance of pay slips, IRRF calculation, payroll;

  • Calculation and generation of the dismissal process.

Regulation and hiring:

MCK has always embraced ethics and respect for labor laws. We strictly follow the law and collective bargaining agreements in all employment contracts.

Regularization:

All MCK Automação employees, whether performing internal work or work under a labor lease agreement, are duly registered in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). In addition to processing and calculating when necessary, we collect signatures and archive all timesheets, both physical and digital.

Recruitment and Selection:

We follow selection standards, in addition to requirements for all legal and additional documents and a complete medical examination for each position.
