According to law 6019/74, it refers to labor hired through a temporary employment agency, duly registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment for temporary replacement of an employee for the contracting company, that is, the company receiving its services.

 

This method is widely used in cases of high demand for services or during seasonal periods, for example, when a large workload is required in a short period of time. This type of hiring is gaining momentum and is one of the most viable forms of atypical work, since by "laying off" the employee, the employer will not have to bear labor expenses.
