Technical Cleaning and Lubrication
MCK Service provides its clients with specialized labor to perform technical cleaning and lubrication of machines and equipment, thus providing better performance, in addition to a long and useful life for the equipment.

We offer cleaning and lubrication plan contracts for specific periods, tailored to our customers' needs. This service aims to extend the lifespan of equipment, improve performance, and reduce maintenance issues.
We also provide our customers with a Lubrication Management plan which consists of:
Projects
MCK has a specialized technical team capable of offering our clients specific, area-specific or plant-wide guidance on defining the most critical lubrication-related projects, aligned with strategic operational maintenance objectives.

Analyze opportunities for lubrication improvements;
Study operational and economic feasibility to justify investment;
Plan the implementation of lubrication projects
Design solutions (e.g. lubrication room)
Implement lubrication improvements;
Monitor lubrication results.
Products
The MCK Service technical team, according to the technical specifications of the equipment and in partnership with internationally renowned lubricant brands, specifies the best product to be applied to the equipment, thus enabling improvements in processes and even employee safety, generating cost reduction and an increase in MTBF (mean time between failure).

Training
MCK Service provides training in lubrication of machines and equipment.
We believe that training and awareness are fundamental factors for the successful implementation of technical lubrication management. The people involved must understand their role in day-to-day operations and the importance of lubrication in the overall factory floor scenario.
Awareness for cultural change in “client” areas of the plant;
Continuous training of lubrication personnel;
Periodic assessment;
Function-specific knowledge matrix (lubricators, leaders, coordinators, managers, ...).

Process
What? Where? How? When? Who?
These are the questions every process must answer for successful activities. Through workflows and work instructions, we can ensure optimal guidance for your team.
Analyze existing maintenance processes;
Creation of specific equipment lubrication processes;
Development of work instructions (lubrication by procedure and type of equipment);
Creation of indicators (KPIs) and reports – Lubrication Management and Operations.
